Clairmont Inn & Suites - Warren

Spoiler alert, it's worth it!

The location is superb for travelers, right off the main road with easy access to grocery stores and fast food. The manager stands out for their friendliness. Cleanliness in my room was on point.

Neat room, fairly clean hotel in general.

A lot of goodies for breakfast.

The breakfast with hot offerings and including a self-serve waffle station, for example was enjoyable and the people were affable and excellent there. The room was beautifully maintained and reasonably large, and the bed was comfy, I liked it.

Enjoy the waffle maker for a fresh breakfast treat. It's a tasty addition you won't want to miss.

Comfortable beds, friendly housekeeper.

The lobby had a veyr unpleasant smell when we checked in. When we checked out the smell was still there and the lobby was so smokey, it was almost foggy. Very strange.

The rooms are beautifully maintained and large and they have a refrigerator, tea/coffee making equipment and a writing desk. Overall the stuff is very friendly😀

I was almost going to give this place a decent review, but the rude staff and no breakfast, despite what they advertised, ruined it all. I expected a complimentary gesture after my terrible experience with service. Being treated like a prisoner talking through glass was a real treat, not!

It was really my only choice. I had to be in the area for a funeral and it was the closest place to stay.

Not really a complaint, however I rented a King Suite and all it was was a regular size room with a refrigerator, microwave and a desk. Just too much furniture for such a small room. Not enough room to move around comfortably.

I loved everything about Clairmont. Everyone was courteous and helpful and the room was very nice.

I would like to see the pool repaired. I've stayed there the past two times I've been to Warren and the pool has not been working.

Large bathtub, good stay.

Location

The beds were too high. My mother who is elderly and sick and very short could not get up on the bed. We asked for a stool and they had nothing to accomodate.

The room was very comfortable with nice amenities, and it was very clean. The hotel was recommended by my Aunt who lives a few blocks away.

Why I'm torn on this

The location was convenient! The manager was friendly, which left a good impression.

Despite this, I found the room to be lacking in cleanliness with stained towels and a dirty shower curtain.

The staff was professional and couteous.

The staff were very attentive. My room was super clean and so comfortable. The breakfast was good, especially the diverse selection and fresh waffles.
